Who we are
JFI Global Technologies Solutions SRL ("JFI", "we") is a software company registered in Bucharest, Romania (CUI 50315390, Reg. J2024013016407). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at office@jfiglobal.co.
What we collect
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, work email, company name (optional), and the message you write. Our hosting provider may process technical data (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security purposes.
Why we process it
We use contact-form data solely to answer your request and discuss a potential collaboration (legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox via an email delivery provider (Resend) and our website is served by Cloudflare. These providers act as processors and only handle data as needed to deliver the message. We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a business relationship follows or the law requires longer retention.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Write to office@jfiglobal.co and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
